  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work to resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit if approved.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Some of our products are made to order. These items may require additional time for production before shipping.
